Another postcard sent by WL during her trip. A postal card
shows the ancient city of Pingyao (平遥) in Shanxi (山西).
This card used a painting by Hao Guangqing (郝广清) as design. This city is
well-known for the preservation of old city wall. It is listed in UNESCO World Heritage List under the name "Ancient City of Pingyao." Thanks again.
This card comes with a 80 Fen imprint stamp of Pingyao city
view. A 4.50 Yuan environmental definitive stamp was added. It was sent from
and postmarked with Shanxi Pingyao Fengfa 1 (山西 平遥 封发 1) on 20.1.2017. An additional pictorial postmark of the
city stamped on this card on 21.1.2017. The date stamp might be not up-to-date
if we considered the logical sequent in preparing a postcard for sending.
