An advertisement card from Perrier bottled mineral water. This brand is originated from France and available worldwide. Thanks pachico.
















Four occupational definitive stamps were used; a R$1,00, two R$0,20 and a R$0,05. They were cancelled at Central Florianópolis-SC on 25.7.2012. One of the postmarks landed on dark shade of this card.

BR-P15

A postcard on Mangabeiras Park (Parque das Mangabeiras) in Belo Horizonte,  Minas Gerais. It is located 6 km south-east from the city centre in the hills of Curral Ridge (Serra do Curral). It has an area of 2.35 km2 (580 acres), of which 0.9 km2 (220 acres) is covered by the native forest.Thanks Gi_Poletto.















A 1st class bird stamp was used with two R$0,10 trumpet stamps and a R$0,05 sewer stamp. They were cancelled at Praça da Estaçã, Belo Horizonte-MG on 16.3.2012.

BR-P14

A postcard on Museu Paulista of the University of São Paulo (commonly known as Museu do Ipiranga). It is a Brazilian history museum located near where Emperor D. Pedro I proclaimed the Brazilian independence on the banks of Ipiranga brook in the Southeast region of the city of São Paulo. Thanks Savissivik.















It was sent with three stamps; a R$1,00 bird, a R$0,31 drawing and a R$0,05 sewer. They were cancelled with postmarks of Central São Paulo-SPM on 9.5.2011.

BR-P13

An aerial view postcard on Ginásio do Ibirapuera or officially known as Ginásio Estadual Geraldo José de Almeida in São Paulo. It is opened in 1957 and it is named after famous sports broadcaster and sports commentator Geraldo José de Almeida. It is an indoor sport arena. At the back (as view from this postcard) is another outdoor stadium. Thanks Tarcisio.















A R$1,05 bridge stamp and a R$0,20 shoe repairer stamp were used. They were cancelled with a postmark from Itatiba-SPI on 3.5.2011.

A side view of São Francisco de Assis Church (Igreja São Francisco de Assis) in Pamphuha District, Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. It was designed by the Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer in the organic modern style without no controversy. This church is facing the man-made lagoon. Thanks luciano.















A 1st class aeroplane stamp and a R$0,20 definitive stamp were used. They are cancelled with a blue-color postmark of AF Belo Horizonte MG on 12.8.2010.

A multiview postcard from Paraná state. On the upper row (from left to right), Ópera de Arame, Universidade Federal do Praná, and Jardim Botânico (Botanical Garden) of Curitiba. On the second row, Museu Oscar Niemeyer (Oscar Niemeyer Museum) at Curitiba, Jardim Botânico (night view), and Parque Tanguá (Tanguá Park) in Curitiba. On the last row, Jardim Botânico, Universidade Livre do Meio Ambiente and aerial view of Ópera de Arame. Thanks Ninadc.















Many stamps of two designs were used. They are two 1st class stamps with handbag and four R$0,10 trumpet stamps. This card was sent from Central Porto Alegre, Porto Alegre/RS on 12 April. Year is unclear.

Pantanal Conservation Area in Brazil is a protected wetland. In this postcard, it shows the Tocano or toucan, a type of colorful birds found there. This conservation area is listed in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Thanks xiru.














A R$1,25 Mercosul theme stamp is used to send this postcard. The stamp was cancelled at Agência Filatélica Pedro II of São Paulo-SP on 4.1.2010.

A multiview postcard from Rio de Janeiro. Several famous views of this city are found here. Pictures on the upper row are Pão de Açúcar (Sugarloaf Mountain), Cristo Redentor (Christ the Redeemer)and Lagoa (an affluent residential neighbourhood located around the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon). While on the bottom row are Copacabana Beach, Estádio do Maracanã (a stadium officially known as Estádio Jornalista Mário Filho), and Baía da Guanabara (Guanabara Bay). Thanks ana_ma.















This postcard was sent from ACF Maticlock on 4.12.2009. A pair of R$0,10 trumpet stamp and a R$0,90 carpenter stamp were used to pay its postage.

Walkway for close-up view of Iguassus Falls (Cataratas do Iguaçu), waterfalls of Iguazu River, which forms the natural border of Brazil (State of Paraná) and Argentina (Province of Misiones). Both side of the fall are protected as national parks and also listed in UNESCO World Heritage List. The Brazillian side is inside Iguaçu National Park. Thanks Luciano.

It was sent from Itatiba, SPI, on 14.10.2009. The stamps used on this card are R$0,20 shoe repairer, R$0,65 postman and R$1,50 pianist.

A postcard from Curitiba, capital of Paraná state, showing a view at Praças Anita Garibaldi (Anita Garibaldi Square). Thanks Tarcisio.
















This postcard was sent on 4.11.2009 using three stamps. They are R$0,o5 cloth making, R$0,10 trumpet and R$2,20 archaeology stamps. Two round shape Itatiba-SPI postmarks cancelled these stamps. Extra postmarks are found on both sides. On the left is a partially stamped commemorative postmark. While, on the right is a "DH" rectangular postmark. I wonder what is this for.












Another clearer but still not that clear commemorative postmark is found at the bottom of this postcard. 152 Anniversary of Itatiba is commemoratived since November 1, 1857. The issue date for this postmark is 19.10.2009(?).

São Paulo, a metropolitan in Brazil. On the postcard is the Luz Station (Estação da Luz), a railway station in Luz neighborhood. This building also houses the Museum of Portuguese Language. Thanks Tarcisio.

Praça Rui Barbosa. also known as Praça da Estação (Station Square), in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. The building in the square as shown here is an old train station. It is currently housed the Museum of Arts and Workmanship. Thanks Luciano.












A meter cancellation with BS1,10 from Rovigo, Belo Horizonte-MG (MG is the short form of Minas Gerais) is printed on the postcard to pay for the postage. A upper and lower part of the cancellation is not aligned. The lower part is slightly shifted to the right.
