GB-P7(FI)

A maximum card from United Kingdom with its respective stamp on fishing and cancelled with the first day commemorative postmark on 23.9.1981. This card is one of the PHQ cards with series no. 55(d) 9/81. Thanks togge.
















This card was sent from Finland. A 2 luokka/klass stamp on forest was used with two different o,o5 odd-shaped stamps. They were cancelled by a meter cancellation from Turku - Åboon 8.1.2013.

NZ-P4(CN)

A New Zealand postcard with its map and scenery. Thanks Spirit.

















This card was sent from China. A 2.80 Yuan stamp on University Games in Beijing (2001-15, 3-3) and two 10 Fen environmental stamps were used. It was cancelled with pictorial daily postmark of Shanghai Tian'ailu (上海 甜爱路) on 4.1.2013. Several markings, two from post office, were also shown here. A bit unusual as there is not typical circular postmark of China Post on this card.

Two bird definitive with face values 2 Yuan and 1 Yuan were used. They were cancelled at Chengdu Jianshelu 20 (成都 建设路 20) on 28.9.2012. A pictorial marking from Giant Panda Kingdom Post Office was also stamped on this card but it was overlapped with a "By Surface" postal marking.

A card on Partschins Waterfall (Partschinser Wasserfall in German or Cascata di Parcines in Italian), a 98m waterfall in Partschins (Parcines), South Tyrol (Südtirol in German or Sudtirolo/Alto Adige in Italian). The population in this region is mostly German-speaking. Thanks Yvonne.

It comes with an 80 Fen pre-printed Year of the Dragon stamp. It was cancelled with meter cancellation of Guangdong Zhaoqing 1 (广东 肇庆 1) on 29.12.2012. Only part of this red-color meter cancellation is printed on this card. A thick postage due marking with hand-written "220分/440" was on this card too.

A postcard from Craft Exhibition Centre (陳列館) of the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute (國立臺灣工藝研究發展中心). This institute is located in Caotun Township, Nantou County (南投縣 草屯鎮). One of the exibiti is a wood sculpture showing rat and nuts for Year of Rat. Thanks jianxizhang.
















A NT$7 Frama label from machine 088 and a NT$3 postage label printed on 21.12.2012 at Taizhung Minquanlu (台中民權路) were used. They were cancelled at Taizhung Minquanlu (台中民權路) on 21.12.2012. The interesting part of these  are the postmark date and time, which look like contra.

A view on Taklamakan Desert (塔克拉玛干沙漠 or تەكلىماكان قۇملۇقى) in Xinjiang Province (新疆省). It is located in the center of Tarim Basin (塔里木盆地 or تارىم ئويمانلىقى). A camel caravan is seen crossing. Its ID no. is FP-5(10-2) 1997A. Thanks Li Channa. Two partial postmarks were seen on this side of the card, it indicated stamps are missing. These postmarks are same to the postmark on the other side.
















A 60 Fen environmental stamp was added on this card with a 40 Fen pre-printed stamp similar to the design of this card. They were cancelled at Urumqi Xinyilu 3 (乌鲁木齐 ئۈرۈمچی 新医路) on 15.12.2012.

A postcard on the gate of Liberty Square (自由廣場) with the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall (國立中正紀念堂) in the background and National Concert Hall (國家音樂廳) at the left. This gate was known as the Gate of Great Centrality and Perfect Uprightness (大中至正). Thanks Landy_Chiou.
















A NT$10 deep-sea anglerfish stamp was used. It was cancelled at Sanxia (三峽) on 19.12.2012. A neat postmark but not well presented as the stamp has a darker shade.

A postcard on early morning at Bagan (ပုဂံ). Over 10,000 Buddhist temples, pagodas and monasteries were constructed in the Bagan plains in history, of which the remains of over 2,200 temples and pagodas still survive to the present day. One of them, Gawdawpalin Temple (ကောတော့ပလ္လင်ဘုရား), is seen on the left. Thanks Firelily.













This card was sent from Thailand. A ฿15 stamp on Ko Chang was used. It was cancelled on 2?.12.???? at a place's name starts with "Don..."

A lottery greeting postcard issued for China Netcom's Yellow Page (中国网通黄页 or CNC Yellow Page) of Zhengzhou, Henan (河南 郑州). Its ID no. is 2008-1601(BK)-0209(5-3). Thanks kalee.














It comes with a 60 Fen Year of the Rat stamp. It was cancelled at Guangdong Zhongshan Xiaolan 18 (广东 中山 小榄 18) on 18.12.2012. An underfranked postcard, it was stamped with a large thin postage due marking and hand-written "200/400."

A postcard on ten most attractive scene in Zhangjiajie (张家界), the Maoyan River (茅岩河). Zhangjiajie is located in northwestern part of Hunan Province within the Wulingyuan (武陵源), which is designated as UNESCO World Heritage Site using the name "Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area." A 4.50 Yuan Oversea Chinese stamp (2011-20, 4-4) was used. It was cancelled at Fuzhou Gongyelu 2 (福州 工业路 2) on 16.12.2012. A pictorial postmark of Tianmen Shan (天门山) from Hunan Zhangjiajie (湖南 张家界) was stamped at the bottom too on 2.1.2012.

A view at Chingshui Cliff (清水斷崖) along Suhua Highway (蘇花公路). It is a 21 kilometer length of coastal cliffs (average at 800 meters above sea level). It is located at the southern part of this highway that connects Yilan (宜蘭) and Hualien (花蓮) in eastern Taiwan. It is considered to be a very scenic area and is the highest coastal cliff in Taiwan. Two different 1.20 Yuan stamps on traditional dances of the minority groups (2011-22, 4-1 and 4-2) were used. They were cancelled with postmark of Jiangxi Linchuan Pingxin (Tongqu) 1 or "江西 临川 平信(筒取)1" on 25.11.2012. Although underfranked, there is not postage due marking.
