Potola Palace (པོ་ཏ་ལ or 布达拉宫) of Lhasa, Tibet. This is the landmark building of Lhasa and also for the Tibet. This palace is a UNESCO heritage site with the title "Historic Ensemble of the Potala Palace, Lhasa". Thanks Jiaohuang for sending this postcard during his bicycle travelling.











This poscard was sent from the first stop for posting the postcards. It was posted at Jiangsu Changsu Wushi 1 (江苏 常熟 吴市1) on 23.5.2009. There are four stamps with total face value of 4.50 Yuan. The stamps are 10 Fen definitive environment stamp, two 1.20 Yuan Beijing 2008 Olympic torch relay stamp with their labels and 2 Yuan definitive bird stamp.
