A postcard on the Throne of Sri Vikrama Rajasinha (ශ්රී වික්රම රාජසිංහ, ஸ்ரீ விக்கிரம ராஜசிங்கன்), the last king of the Kingdom of Kandy (මහනුවර රාජධානිය). It occupied the center Highlands, while the coastal areas were colonized by the Dutch and followed by the British. Later, the British dethroned and occupied the rest the island. Two definitive stamps with face values Rs50 and Rs20 were used. They were cancelled at Colombo General Hospital PO on 29.1.2025.
