Lanka. It was the sole mode of transport in the island nation not long ago.

Three stamps were used; two different Rs10.00 stamps (a
person who is founder of Lake House and another on Asia Development Bank) and a
Rs5.00 stamp for World Post Day. They were cancelled at Colombo General
Hospital on 19.5.2017.
