This card was sent inside a lottery postal envelope with has a 5.40 Yuan imprint stamp for the Year of the Monkey. A 10 Fen environmental stamp was added. They were postmarked at Hunan Yizhang Zhongxin Youzheng (Yingye) 1 or "湖南宜章中心邮政(营业)1" on 22.9.2016.
