Kazan Cathedral (Казанский собор) or the "Cathedral of Our Lady of Kazan" is a Russian Orthodox church located on the northeast corner of Red Square, Moscow. The current building is a reconstruction of the original church, which was destroyed at the direction of Joseph Stalin in 1936. It is part of the UNESCO World Heritage List under the name "Kremlin and Red Square, Moscow." Thanks Olya.Interestingly, this card also has an arrival postmark on 22.3.2012.

A 9p. painting stamp and 15p. stamp on Olympic were used. They were cancelled at Москва (Moscow) 117574 on 11.3.2012.
