RU-P28

A postcard on the Ukok Plateau (Укок Плоского́рье) that shows the Tabyn-Bogdo-Ola Mountain Knot (Вершины Табын-богдо-Ола). It is a remote glasslands area in southwestern Siberia, near Altai Mountain. It forms part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Golden Mountains of Altai. Thanks Laktrissa.

A pair of Russian folklore stamp with face values  4p. and 2p. were used on this postcard. The meter postmark on this card was missing a large tract; leaving no information on the date and place where it was done. Also, it leads to suspected missing stamp on this card.
