It comes with a 60 Fen pre-printed flower stamp. Two each of 40 Fen and 80 Fen bird definitive stamps were added. They were cancelled at Xinjiang Aksu Nandajie Yingye 1 (新疆阿克苏 南大街营业1) on 8.4.2011. A pictorial postmark of Bingtuan Nongyishi Higher Middle School (兵团农一师高级中学) was cancelled on the same day. "Bingtuan Nongyishi" is Agriculture First Division of the Army.
