It has a 80 Fen pre-printed Year of the Tiger stamp. Several stamps were added; they are a pair of different design 1.20 Yuan stamps on Great Hall of the People (2009-15, 2-1 and 2-2), a 1.20 Yuan scenery stamp on Jin Lake (2007-24, 2-1) and two 5 Fen environmental definitive stamps. It was sent from Hebei Renqiu Youtian Zhiju 1 (河北 任丘 油田支局1) on 12.4.2011.
