It has a pre-printed 80 Fen Year of the Tiger stamp. A 2 Yuan woodprint new year picture stamp (2004-2, 4-4) and a 25 Fen stamp on development with industry facility (T-165, 4-2) were added. They were cancelled with postmarks of Shanghai Caolu 7 (上海 曹路 7) on 5.4.2011.
