It has a 80 Fen pre-printed Year of the Tiger stamp. Several definitive stamps were used, they are a pair of 10 Fen environmental, a pair of 40 Fen bird and a 1 Yuan bird. It was cancelled with two postmarks of Xinjiang Aksu Yingbagelu (Yingye) 1 or "新疆 阿克苏 ئاقسۇ 英巴格路（营业）1" on 25.8.2010.
