This card comes with a 80 Fen pre-printed Year of the Tiger stamp. Additional stamps were added. They are 50 Fen Inner Mongolia (1997-6, 3-2), 20 Fen Women's Day (J.167, 1-1) and 150 Fen Year of the Tiger (1998-1, 2-2). They are cancelled with a temporary postmark of Aksu's Culture Art Center on 13.6.2010. The postmark in local scripts is "新疆阿克苏 ئاقسۇ 文化艺术中心（临）".
