This card has a 80 Fen pre-printed Year of the Tiger stamp. Several special issued stamps were used to up-rate the postage. They are 50 Fen fir tree (1992-3, 4-3), 1.20 Yuan ancient school (2009-27, 4-3) and 2 Yuan monkey stamp (2000-3, 10-6). They are cancelled at Hebei Renqiu Huizhanbeidao Yingyeding (河北 任丘 会战北道营业厅 ) on 3.6.2010.
