This card is issued with a pre-printed 60 Fen flower pre-printed stamp together with the address of the company and feedback form. This address is crossed with black market. It was cancelled at Hunan Shaoyang Chukou 2 (湖南 邵阳 出口 2) on 18.3.2010. Due to underpaid, postage due mark is stamped at the bottom. Two of them were stamped after the first one is wrongly written.
