Nanyue Yunhai (南岳云海) is the theme of this postcard. The mist covers parts of the mountain range but left the top uncovered. This has created a picture like a land on the sea of clouds. The mountain range is part of the Mount Heng (衡山) of Hunan Hengyang (湖南 衡阳). The ID no. of this postcard is 09-430403-13-0005-006. Thanks xena.










Two nice 150 Fen painting (1998-15, 3-3) stamps with same design were used together with 10 Fen and 60 Fen environmental definitive stamps. With the 80 Fen Year of the Ox pre-printed stamp, 4.50 Yuan was paid to send this postcard from Hunan Liuyang on 19.8.2009. The Chinese characters on the postmark are 湖南 浏阳 平信（封发）. The last two sets of words, pingxin (fengfa), indicated it was ordinary mail using envelope. Envelope! It doesn't sound like one.
