An older issue of commercial lottery postcard does not have pre-printed with stamp. However, this card was sold at 0.60 Yuan. Since it is not a postage pre-paid postcard, two 150 Fen Chongqi stamps (1998-14, 2-2) were used to paid for the postage.












Only one of the stamps was cancelled. It was cancelled at Xinjiang Aksu Xinkailing 2 (新疆 阿克苏 ئاقسۇ‎ 新开岭2) on 18.6.2009. Aksu is written as Akesu in Mandarin.
