This postcard came with a pre-printed 60 Fen flower stamp. With two more stamps affixed on the postcard, it was sent with a over-paid postage of 4.80 Yuan. The stamps are 1.20 Yuan conference and exhibition hall (2008-14) and 3 Yuan greeting stamp. This postcard was sent on 5.4.2009. Two postmarks were used. The first one is a pictorial postmark of West Lake, Hangzhou, Zhejiang (浙江 杭州 西湖). The second is a normal postmark from Hangzhou Zhedayuquan 10 (杭州 浙大玉泉10).
