RU-36558

The snow-covered Cathedral of St. Basil the Blessed, a landmark building in Moscow. In the background is Spasskaya Tower. They are within the UNESCO heritage site under the name, Kremlin and Red Square, Moscow. Thanks Ginger_Girl.

A machine stamping postcard with three wavy lines. It was sent from Москва (Moscow) on 22.2.2009. I guessed it is overpaid. Two 10р. Tsarskoye Selo (Царское Село or Tsar's Village) stamps, which made up of 20p. postage.
