An antique car... No idea what car is this.
There is a small plate showing "Auto Butchers EIA". Thanks Kh0o1.

A Belgium cartoon character, Papa Smurf from The Smurfs, is on the stamp. "1" in a circle is printed on the stamp and indicating a first class mail stamp (for domestic mail, according to Johan). It was stamped in the capital city, Brussels with its bilingual name, Brussel X Bruxelles, with 5-wavy lines. The date is partially printed. I guess it is 16(or maybe 18)/01/09.

  1. Hallo,
The stamp is normally just for use inside Belgium.
A stamp for sending outside Europe has a samll picture of a globe instead of a 1.
