The progress to built is is very slow ans the picture showing the incomplete building. However, it is part of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, listed as "Works of Antoni Gaudí". Thanks Josep

A €1 stamp on Bilbao Museum and a €0,55 stamp were used. They
were machine cancelled at Barcelona on 17.6.2019.
