A self-printed postcrossing meet-up at Ingersoll, Ontario on July 26, 2014. Various type of post boxes were used to design this card. Thanks LyndaC for organizing this meet-up and also the rest who signed on this card.

A $1.70 flower stamp and a 10 cents dragonfly stamp were used.These stamps were first cancelled at Mont-Tremblant QC J8E 1B0 on 24.10.2012. A meter cancellation from post processing center with postcode H4T 1T4 was added on 25.10.2012.

An aerial view showing boat and wakes on Big Rideau Lake in Ontario. This lake forms part of the Rideau Waterway, registered UNESCO World Heritage Site as "Rideau Canal," and it is the largest lake along the route of the Rideau waterway. Thanks mirage3ks.















A $1.80 houses stamp was used. It was cancelled with a rectangle postmark of Smiths Falls, ON K7A 1H0 on 1.10.2012.

A postcard on covered bridge from Waterloo County, Ontario. This West Montrose covered bridge near Elmira is known locally as "Kissing Bridge." It was built in 1881 and designated as National Historic Site. Thanks corinnacr.

















A strip of two different stamps on Royal Wedding, with face values $1.75 and P-value, were used. They were cancelled by postal processing center with postcode L8E 5A3 on 20.12.2011. It has an interesting slogan, Santa HOHOHO Père Noël.

A $1.75 Royal Wedding stamp was used. It was cancelled with dotted meter cancellation which is hardly able to recognize its writing on the first row (information on stamping).

A postcard from Quebec (Québec). It shows the Canadian Museum of Civilization (Musée canadien des civilisations) in the Hull area of Gatineau, Quebec. It is a museum on human and cultural history of Canada. Across the Ottawa River, it is the Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Ontario (as shown in the background in this card). It was sent with three P value stamps. They are stamps on aid with helicopter, Aries zodiac sign and Year of the Rabbit. A block rectangle cancellation without place name and date was used to cancel these stamps.

Three non-value indicator stamps of games in Canada (lacrosse, five-pin bowling and basketball) were used together with two insect definitive stamps (3 cents and 5 cents) on this postcard. They were cancelled at post office with postcode R3C 0J0 on 19.2.2010.

A P class non-value indicator Christmas stamp and a $1.18 Sumi stamp were used to pay the postage. Unfortunately, both of them are pen-cancelled.

CA-P5

A view of Toronto skyline from the Toronto Island Airport. The CN Tower, a communication and observatory tower and also the tallest structure in Toronto, is seen projected from downtown Toronto. Thanks renegade_Cavalcade. Two meter cancellation could be seen printed on this postcard on 25.11.2009 by postal sorting machine with postcode L8E 2RD.
















A $1.65 Quatchi, mascot of Vancouver Winter Olympic, stamp is used. After twice not able to cancel this stamp, finally, it was done manually. A round shape Toronto ??L 3TO cancelled this stamp on 26.11.2009, the next time after this postcard was processed in the sorting machine.

CA-P4

Wheat field near Brandon, Manitoba. A common scene at flatland with farm house surrounded by trees to block wind. Thanks AlliKat.















Many stamps were used to pay the postage. A 54-cent La crosse stamp and two P-value stamps were used. Also, two low value definitive stamps, 1cent bookbinding and 2cents decorative silverwork, were added. The machine cancellation is not clearly printed. So, two handstamped box stamps with 5-straight line were used to cancel the stamps.
