SA-P2

A picture postcard with old men in traditional Ardah dress in the South. Ardah is a type of folkloric dance performed before going for war by the Bedouin tribe but it is now more as culture dance. During the performance, they would show their weapons, swords, daggers and rifles. Thanks jjxiong.
















This card was sent with a postage label indicating "letter" sending to Malaysia (MY) and the weight 0.010kg. The postage is 4.00 SR. It was printed on 1.4.2013 and time 6:29pm. The code "63200" and "madsinuser4" might indicate on the machine no.

SA-P1

A postcard on sand dunes and camels in the Rub' Al Khali Desert (الربع الخالي‎) or Empty Quarter. It is the largest sand desert in the world. Thanks heartbeativy.















A 1SR stamp on building and 2 SR stamp on Janadriyah Festival were used. They were cancelled with a circular postmark from Gulf Postal Services Agency and the date is in Arabic. Another rectangular postmark from Eastern Region was cancelled on the same day (26.9.2011).
