Another postcal card issued by Shanghai Pudong Development
Bank (上海浦东发展银行).
This one specifically on Hong Kong. The ID no. is SHYZP1998-1(10-4). Thanks

This card also comes with a 40 Fen imprint stamp on flower;
a se-tenant pair of 1.50 Yuan lighthouse stamps (2016-18, 5-4 & 5-5) and a
10 Fen environmental definitive stamp were added. They were cancelled at
Guangzhou Jingji Jishu Kaifaqu 38 (广州 经济技术开发区38)
on 2.10.2018.
