a county based TV station in Zhejiang Province (浙江省).

This card comes with an 80 Fen imprint stamp on Year of the
Snake. A 3 Yuan stamp on EXPO 2010 (2010-3, 4-4) and a 1.20 Yuan stamp on
ancient city (2016-12, 6-3) were used to up-rate it. A postmark from Zhejiang
Suichang Fengfa 1 (浙江 遂昌 封发1) cancelled on them on 22.3.2018.
