A lottery postal card from Shandong Province (山东省)
showing an unknown building, most likely a bus station. The ID no. is
10-370103-13-0371-003. Thanks Baicai. Apparently, this card went to Temerloh as
it was postmarked there on 28.9.2017 (lower left corner).
This card comes with an 80 Fen imprint Year of the Tiger
stamp. Two different 1.50 Yuan fruit stamps (2014-15, 4-2 and 4-3) was added.
According to sender, there was an 80 Fen stamp but missing (at far left). The
stamps were cancelled at Jiangxi Fengcheng Xinchengqu 1 (江西丰城新城区1)
on 31.8.2017.
