Also known as Nasreddin (ننەسىرىدىن), the story of this wise man is well known in the Islamic region from Central Asia to North Africa. This card is on the story where the customer asking for selectively removing only the white facial hair but ending up being ask to find them himself. The ID for this card is 16-650000-11-0008-002. Three different stamps were used; they are a 1 Yuan scenery definitive stamp, a 1.20 Yuan bird definitive stamp and a 80 Fen ship personalized stamp. They were cancelled at Urumqi Xinyilu 1 (乌鲁木齐 ئۈرۈمچى 新医路1) on 12.6.2017.
