A postcard on the lanterns of the mountain town of Jiufen (
九份) in Ruifang District of New Taipei City (
新北市瑞芳區). A tourist boom in this town was due to a locally-produced movie. Thanks Wendy.
A NT$10 frama label was used to send this postcard. It was cancelled at Taipei
