The famous Hagia Sophia (Ayasofya) in the historical Istanbul. Formerly, an Orthodox church, it became a mosque under the Ottoman Empire. This place is located in the Archaeological Park, one of four areas of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, "Historic Areas of Istanbul." This card was sent while travelling to Istanbul.
















A 2,50 Turkish Lira EUROPA stamp on musical instrument was used. It was sent from Beyazıt, Istanbul on 9.6.2014.
