IN-O3

A card I bought at Indian Museum in Kolkata showing the traditional dress of the Adi people in Himalayan hills of Arunachal Pradesh. The Adi people or Bokar Lhoba people is name of collective tribe.

It was sent from post office of the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport just before leaving the country. A Rs 5.00 Howrah Station stamp was used. The postmark is not clear to show where it was cancelled but able to identify the date it made, which is 10.8.?(10), and pin code, 700052. This postage rate I paid was lower than others I received. Probably, it was mistakenly for local address.
