A 80 Fen Qinghai Lake stamp (2002-16, 3-2) was used. It is cancelled at Changchun Kuancheng 3 (长春 宽诚 3) on 4.5.2010. Its postage was underpaid but no postage due marking. A orange-color bar code was printed on the bottom indicating it has miss-sent to other country.
