Many stamps were used to make up the airmail rate to international destination. They are 3 Yuan greeting stamp, 40 Fen bird definitive, 100 Fen Yandi  (1998-23,3-2) and 10 Fen environmental stamp. They are cancelled with postmarks of Wuhan Zhongnan Caijingzhengfadaxue 1 (武汉 中南财经政法大学 1) on 25.4.2010. Zhongnan Caijingzhengfadaxue is known as Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
