The "Flower Carpet" event is occurred every twice year in Grand Place (Grote Markt) of Brussels. The first carpet was made in 1971. Million of colorful begonias are used to set these patterns on this UNESCO World Heritage site under the name "Grand-Place, Brussels". Thanks ferro.
