A 10p. fountain stamp was used together with two kremlin definitive stamps (3p. and 1p.) and a 0.10p definitive stamp. They are cancelled at "КАЗАНСК. BК3. ПЖ" on 12.2.2010. However, the postmark on the right has partially stamped which might indicating missing stamp.
