A 40 Fen postal card JP72(4-2)1998 with the UPU theme showing mailman in the ancient China with their horses. It was sent from Jiangsu Dongtai Gulou 1 (江苏 东台 鼓楼 1) on 19.7.2009. Thanks gafazou. It managed to slip through the post without any surcharge.
