A new year greeting lotery postcard but the section with lotery number was cut away. The postcard ID no. is HP2003B(4-2). There are some auspicious animals with dragon drives the car. Thanks tangbo626.

This postcard has a 60 Fen Year of the Goat pre-printed stamp and it was sent from Chongqing Banan Lijiatuo 11 (重庆 巴南 李家沱 11) on 18.8.2009. Additional stamps were added. These stamps are Tianjin scupture folk art (1996-30, 4-4), a scuptured figurine (1997-9, 6-3) and a 40 Fen bird definitive stamp. There are two unrelated red-color postmarks on the bottom. One is a commemorative of the opening of Beijing Olympic on 8.8.2008 from Chongqing. Another undated postmark is from a branch post office, Peidu Yingye (陪都 营业), of the same city.
