A postcard on the Imperial Russian Royal Regalia and the Diamond Fund. They are displayed inside Kremlin Armoury (Оружейная палата), Moscow Kremlin. The Great Imperial Crown is surrounded with the Diamond Fund (Алмазный фонд). The Crown was made for Catherine II in 1762. The building that house these treasure is in the southwestern section of the Moscow Kremlin, which is a UNESCO Heritage List with the name "Kremlin and Red Square, Moscow". Thanks Simadi.
Four definitive stamps were used on the postcard. They are two 10p. Tsarskoye Selo (Царское Село or Tsar's Village), a 1.50 Gatchinsky Palace (Гатчина) and a 1.00 Ostankino palace (Останкино) stamp. These stamps are lightly cancelled. This postcard was sent on 5.8.2009 from Mockba 125364(??).
