CN-P567

A postcard issued by Post Company of Guangzhou for Asian Games 2010. It shows mascots playing kabaddi (卡巴迪), a popular game in Indian subcontinent. It is a contact team sport. It was first played in Asian Games in 1951 as demonstration event. The ID no. for this card is GD.GZYD-56-17. Thanks Xiaojun.










Two different face value stamps on child play were used; one with 80 Fen and the other 1.20 Yuan (2017-13, 6-1 & 6-4). Another stamp went missing, most likely a 3 Yuan bamboo definitive stamp. They were cancelled at Guangzhou Jingji-jishu Kaifaqu 1 (广州经济技术开发区1) on 30.7.2022. A red-colored postal due marking was stamped  and indicated 0.8 Yuan in manuscript.

A postcard showing inner view of Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic or Sri Dalada Maligawa (ශ්‍රී දළදා මාළිගාව) in Kandy (මහනුවර). This temple is located in the Royal Palace complex of the former kingdom. Due to its cultural and historical significant, it is part of the UNESCO World Heritage under the name "Sacred City of Kandy". Thanks Mikram.

























A Rs15.00 Christmas Stamp and a Rs10.00 stamp on Kandy Esala Perahera were used. They were cancelled at Colombo General Hospital Post Office on 22.2.2022.

A Maximum card with the matching stamp showing silver wedding bands. The stamp is cancelled with first day postmark dated 15.4.2000 (22-year ago). Thanks Aerolobo.












This card cames with imprint postage for worldwide delivery. No date stamp on this card except for orange-color spray on found in the other side of this card (been to the postal delivery).

Two pair of 1.50 Yuan stamps were used; one commemorating Sun Yat-sen (2016-32, 4-3), and the other on wheat farm (2017-23, 5-4). They were cancelled at Beijing Xiwaidajie 2 (北京 西外大街2) on 14.1.2022.

 A postal card showing Qinghua Rainbow Bridge (清华彩虹桥) of Wuyuan (婺源), Jiangxi Province (江西省). It was built across the Le'an River (乐安江). This ancient structure is well preserved until devastated during 2020 flood. The card ID no. is 14-361130-11-0003-003. Thanks Wenli.









It comes with a 80 Fen lotus flower imprint stamp; two personalized stamps with face values 5 Yuan and 1.20 Yuan were added in. They were cancelled with postmarks of Jiangxi Wuyuan Pingxin (Tongqu) 1 or "江西婺源 平信(筒取)1" on 24.12.2021.
