A postcard on Wat Arun (วัดอรุณราชวราราม) in Bangkok. It is one of the best known landmark along Chao Phraya River. This card shows a row of Yakshas, the guardians of the gates in temple. Thanks Jobbo.

 

Three different stamps on building structure, from ancient to modern, were used. They were ฿5 Phimai Historical Park, ฿4 Wat Arun Ratchawararam and ฿6 Udon Park Royal Hall. They were cancelled at Phra Khanong (พระโขนง) on 10.1.60. The year “60” is corresponding to 2017.

A scenery postcard from Kandy (මහනුවර), a major city and former capital of the ancient Sinhanlese Kongdom. Being famous for religion attraction, it is also the gateway to the Central Highlands of this island nation. Thanks Mikram.

A Rs 15.00 stamp on Sri Lanka Tourism and a Rs10.00 on singer, H.R. Jothipala were used. They were cancelled at Colombo General Hospital on 21.1.2017.

A 3 Yuan personalized stamp showing drawing on bamboo was used. It was sent from Guangzhou Tiyudonglu 9 (广州 体育东路 9) on 24.12.2016. Four different cachets from Christmas Post from Guangzhou City Post Office were stamped on this card too.

A 1.50 Yuan flower decorative stamp (2013-6, 12-12) and a 80 Fen personalized stamp were used on this card comes with a 80 Fen Year of the Snake imprint stamp. They were cancelled at Shandong Laoshan Jinjialing 4 (山东 崂山 金家岭 4) on 6.11.2016.
