Two wildlife stamps on turtle (Rs5.00) and crocodile (Rs15.00) were used together with another Rs5.00 stamp on Dudley Senanayake. They were cancelled but not able to fully recognize the postmarks' content, except a word, "General."

Three different 150 Fen stamps were used. These included a setenant pair roses stamps (1997-17, 2-1 and 2-2) and waterway stamp (1998-27, 3-3). They were, however, not cancelled.

They were cancelled at Ürumqi Xinyilu 3 (乌鲁木齐ئۈرۈمچى 新医路3) on 16.9.2013. Four different pictorial Asia-Europe EXPO Exhibition event cancellations were cancelled on this card.
