A lottery greeting postcard issued for Hulunbuir Branch (呼伦贝尔 or ᠺᠥᠯᠦᠨ ᠪᠦᠢᠷ) of the Postal Savings Bank of China (中国邮政储蓄银行). It shows a carp lifting up to cross over Longmen. Its ID no. is 12-150700-13-0173-000. Thanks skullx.














It comes with a 80 Fen pre-printed Year of the Dragon stamp. It was cancelled at Inner Mongolia Zalantun Zhanqianjie 2 (内蒙古 扎兰屯 ᠵᠠᠯᠠᠨ ᠠᠢ᠌ᠯ 站前街 2) on 21.11.2012. Apparently, not other stamp was added and it was not taxed for underfranked.

An artistic postcard with a photo of Volkswagen Beetle. A 80 Fen bird definitive stamp was pasted on this side of the card. It was cancelled at Sichuan Guangyuan Dongba Yingye 9 (四川 广元 东坝 营业 9) on 14.11.2012. Thanks Zuozuo27.
















On the back, there are three more stamps; a 2 Yuan and two 1 Yuan bird definitive stamps. They were also cancelled at Sichuan Guangyuan Dongba Yingye 9 (四川 广元 东坝 营业 9) on 14.11.2012. Nice clear postmarks.

An aerial view of the Citadella of Gozo. It is the the heart of Victoria (Città Victoria), the capital of Gozo, the second largest island in Malta. Rabat is the former name for Victoria. Cathedral of Assumption is seen projected from the citadel. Thanks Baldacchino.
















A €0.12 painting stamp and a €0.51 Knights of St. John stamp were used. It was postmarked with meter cancellation from CMR Marsa twice. First time on 27.10.2012 and second time on 29.10.2012.

A postcard from El Chaltén, a small mountain village in Santa Cruz Province, showing view from Patagonia. The mountain shown on this card might be Monte Fitz Roy of Los Glaciares National Park (Parque Nacional Los Glaciares), a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Thanks Ri_Cofanelli.

It was sent with postage paid label. This label with face value $11,50 was printed in Cordoba on 22.10.2012.

Three 1 Yuan bird definitive stamps were used. They were cancelled at Guangdong Shenzhen Longcheng 2 (广东 深圳 龙城 2) on 21.10.2012. Apparently, there is a meter cancellation of Kuantan 01 was printed on 12.11.2012. It might indicate this card was miss-sent and back to the sorting process in Kuantan.

A multiview postcard from Vienna or Wien. These pictures are Stephansdom (St. Stephen's Cathedral, upper left), Schloss Belvedere (upper row, second from left), Staatsoper (State Opera, second row), Karlskirche (upper row, third from left), Hundertwaseer-Haus (upper right), Strauss Monument (Strauss-Denkmal) in Stadtpark (lower left), Parlament (center), Rathaus (right center), Wiener Riesenrad of Prater (bottom row, second from left), Schloss Schönbrunn (bottom row, third from left), and Panorama view (lower right). Among them, Schloss Schönbrunn or Schönbrunn Palace is listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Site List by the name "Palace and Gardens of Schönbrunn." Other buildings in the city center are listed collectively as "Historic Centre of Vienna." Thanks dixie-lady.
















A pair of 145 cents building definitive stamps were used. They were probably sent from Wien 11?? on 5.12.201?. This postmark is not clearly stamped on the card.

IN-P6

A view card on Chittorgarh Fort (चित्तौड दुर्ग) in Rajasthan. It is the largest fort in India and situated south of Bhilwara. It was abandoned in 16th century. Thanks Bhargav.
















Three Rs5 stamps with different designs were used; a tiger, a person and a sculpture. There were cancelled in Pune on 29.10.2012 but the post office branch name is not clear. Something like "Bhusar..." 

UA-390600

A postcard reproduced from drawing about "Gay-Lussac and Biot at altitude of 4000m." Joseph Louis Gay-Lussac was a French chemist and physicist. This picture on Gay-Lussac and Biot ascend in a hot air balloon in 1804 was illustrated in the late 19th century. Thanks Anastacy.

A postal card on Badlands National Park in South Dakota. It was known to Lakota people as mako sica or "badlands." This card shows the sharply eroded buttes, pinnacles, and spires. Thanks Weida.
















This card comes with a 28 cents pre-printed stamp similar to the front of this card. It was uprated with a 80 cent airmail stamp. They were cancelled at Eugene OR on 22.10.2012.

A lottery greeting card with the Year 2009 at the red-color background. It was promoting law and order that bring equality. Its ID no. is 09-410103-13-0011-000. There was a meter cancellation from Hong Kong H31 printed on 13.10.2012. According to sender, it was attempted to send this from Hong Kong as indicated at the back of this card. This card comes with a 80 pre-printed Year of the Ox stamp. However, there was not Hong Kong stamp or any other stamp. Only the remnant of ink from the postmark left on this side of the card.

An aerial view showing boat and wakes on Big Rideau Lake in Ontario. This lake forms part of the Rideau Waterway, registered UNESCO World Heritage Site as "Rideau Canal," and it is the largest lake along the route of the Rideau waterway. Thanks mirage3ks.

UZ-P1

A post card issued for commemorating tennis championship in Tashkent in 1995. Uzbekistan's President Cup, also known as ATP Taskent Open, is defunct now. This card is without postage. At the back, it is space for message. Thanks Tigor.
















It was sent with several blank postcards and other souvenir inside a large envelope. Several definitive stamps were used;  a 2500som, two 600som, a 150som and a 100som. They were cancelled at Toshkent (Tashkent) on 15.9.2012.

A "forever" stamp on "Finding Nemo" was used.It was cancelled on 10.10.2012. The place that cancelled this card was not clear but zip code "498(?)" indicates it was from Iron Mountain, MI.
