They are 80 Fen Chinese art stamp and 3 Yuan greeting stamp. Therefore, combining with the pre-printed 80 Fen Year of the Ox stamp , 4.60 Yuan was paid to send this postcard. It is 10 Fen more than the required postage.

Therefore, US stamps are being used here. This card was sent from San Jose, the main village on the island of Tinian on 1.5.2009. The postmark is "San Jose Rural ???/May 01 2009/Tinian MP 96952". A postage due postmark was stamped by the side. This might due to recent increase of postage of US Postal Service but postage due is not collected.

"Linshi Youju" means temporary post office. Additional general exhibition commemorative postmark was stamped on the pre-printed stamp.
